+How do I avoid seeing chipping at the edges when pressing ChromaLuxe Panels?
Due to the high temperatures needed to press the panels, the edges can become slightly brittle (due to the metal expanding). To minimise the risk of chipping, we strongly recommends the following three precautions:
- Firstly, heat tape your sublimation paper loosely around the back of the ChromaLuxe Panel on two opposing edges.
- Secondly, cover what is being pressed with a sheet of Endura Fabric – XP5411.
- Finally, allow the panel to fully cool before peeling away the sublimation paper.
